Restore a tool archived for idling

Restore a private tool within 30 days after it was archived for inactivity.

POST/v1/tools/{api}/restore

A private tool that was not run or edited for 90 days is archived; this brings it back with its methods, within 30 days of archiving. Owners and admins only.

Requires Authorization: Bearer $FOUS_API_KEY. Create a key.
